Rebecca Joan Milburn Huff passed from this life and entered into the arms of Jesus on Wednesday, November 20, 2012 at her home.? Funeral services are set for 10:30 AM, Tuesday, November 27, 2012 in the chapel of Fry & Gibbs Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Fortenberry officiating.? Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.? The family will receive friends from 6:00-7:00 PM, Monday evening at the funeral home.? Fry & Gibbs Funeral Home has charge of the arrangements.

Becky Huff was born March 4, 1956 in Memphis, Tennessee to Gerald and Jeanette Milburn.? The family later moved to Hugo, Oklahoma where Becky spent her childhood and teenage years.? She was a graduate of Hugo High School and later received her Bachelors Degree in Education and her Masters Degree in Special Education both from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.? Becky spent her career teaching children with special needs.? She retired on October 2, 2002 from teaching after 25 years.? After retirement she enjoyed being at home and involved herself in her children and grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents and is survived by her daughters, Landyn Huff LaBrozzi and husband, Joe of Houston, Texas and Larsyn Huff of Paris, Texas; her father Gerald Milburn of Hugo, Oklahoma; her mother Jeanette Griffiths of Rochester Kent, England; sister Jana Wyrick of Durant, Oklahoma; brother Robert Griffiths, an uncle Howard Milburn; an aunt Joetta Capps; and three beautiful granddaughters, Ava Penn, Addisyn LaBrozzi and Aubriella LaBrozzi all of Houston, Texas.

Raymond Edgar Kendall, 74, a devoted husband, father and grandfather, went to his heavenly home on Friday, Nov. 23, 2012, at Paris Regional Medical Center.

A celebration of his life will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 27th, at Victory Baptist Church with Bro. Curtis Blake and Bro. D. J. Harris officiating. Burial, with Masonic Rites, will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:30 p.m. ? 7:30 p.m. Monday at Bright-Holland Funeral Home.

Raymond was born Aug. 14, 1938, to Edgar & Cecil Kendall in Guthrie, OK. He married Barbara Sue Friend Morrell on April 22, 1989 in Oklahoma City, OK. They lived on his home place in Guthrie where he raised cattle until they moved to Paris following his retirement from Macklanburg-Duncan in Oklahoma City. When in Guthrie he was a member of the Oddfellows & Liberty Baptist Church. He later transferred his membership to Victory Baptist Church. He was also a member of the Masonic Lodge in Paris.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara, children; Susan & Gerald Stephens, Gerry & Janice Morrell, Don & Cindy Morrell, and Tammy Morrell all of Paris, grandchildren; Rob & Nicole Brown of Austin, Scott Brown of Paris, Neeley & Erik Armstrong of Rockwall, Jeremy Morrell of Bogota, Columbia, Paige Morrell of Dallas and Angela Morrell of Ft. Worth, great granddaughter; Lexi Brown of Austin, sister; Louise Rogers of Guthrie, OK, brother; Jim Kendall of Indonesia, nieces; Christina Kelley & Deborah Smedley both of Guthrie, OK, cousins; John & Steve Kendall both of Guthrie, OK along with a plethora of friends.

Raymond enjoyed telling ?people stories?; usually about people he had known long ago. He will be dearly missed by his wife, children, grandchildren, church family and friends.

Virgie Basham Ruthart, 91, of Paris, passed away Friday, November 23, 2012.

Services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Monday, Nov. 26th, at Bright-Holland Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Dickey officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. Mrs. Ruthart will lie in repose at the funeral home throughout the weekend. No formal visitation is scheduled.

Mrs. Ruthart, the daughter of James & Annie King Basham, was born June 25, 1921, in Red River County.

She worked for Collins Radio in Dallas and then Texas Furniture here in Paris for a number of years. Later she was a caregiver, sitting with the elderly. She was a member of Glory Baptist Church for many years and most recently of New Hope Baptist Church.

On Dec. 7, 1940, she married W. G. ?Shike? Ruthart, building fifty years of family and memories before his death on April 3, 1991. She was also preceded in death by three grandchildren, Brindy, Brittan & Noah Ruthart, four brothers, Joe Basham, Boyd Basham, Ollie Basham and Charlie Basham, and three sisters, Nancy Mattison, Jennie Mae Hannabas and Cora Lee Basham.

Survivors include her son, Brett Ruthart & wife Wendy of Paris, a grandson, Carson Ruthart, along with many nieces, nephews,? extended family members and a host of friends.
